QCIT has now fully started the production lines of various factories in Asia. A source told Canadian television that the Indian government has requested the Canadian government to reduce Canadian diplomatic personnel in India to the same level as Indian diplomatic personnel in Canada by October 10th. According to the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong on October 5th, citing two anonymous insiders, the Australian government has conducted three independent internal studies in the past eight years to determine whether Australia can fully achieve the so-called "supply chain diversification", that is, completely break away from its dependence on China's supply chain, and found that this is an "impossible task".

Although Australia's move to establish the "US UK Australia Trilateral Security Partnership" (AUKUS) with the United States and the UK has posed obstacles and challenges to China Australia relations, these independent research reports with completely consistent conclusions, ultimately became the basis for the Australian government to seek to restart bilateral trade with China at the end of last year.

 

According to reports, sources have revealed that the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), in collaboration with the finance department, conducted two studies, one in 2015 and the other in 2020. Both studies concluded that there is no other market that can replace China as a major export market for Australian goods.
